Last weekend, my neighbor brought over tons of fresh kale from her garden. Kale is not something my family eats on a consistent basis, so I had to do a little research on the best way to prepare it. These oven-roasted kale chips did not disappoint! They were crispy, easy to prepare, and most importantly, delicious! Enjoy! I am always seeking new recipes that incorporate protein powder and this one really nails it! These are very simple to make and are so delicious! Hawaiian Chicken Burgers
These turkey burgers can be whipped up FAST! They have five super simple ingredients and are Whole30-approved! My biggest piece of advice with these are to make sure you spray your grill to avoid sticking. Freezing them for a bit after you form them also really helps. Additionally, I typically would swap the canned pineapple for fresh; however, the canned works well here because the fresh pineapple breaks down the burgers, causing them to crumble while cooking.
