Cinnamon Banana Protein Pancakes

A client shared a version of these pancakes with me last Spring and I have been enjoying them ever since! She fasted until noon daily and was a creature of habit, so she literally broke her fast with this carb and protein-packed treat daily! The cinnamon and banana pair very nicely with vanilla protein powder, but I have also tried this with chocolate protein and it is equally divine! Blending the ingredients makes for a much smoother mixture, so I highly suggest doing that, and it makes clean-up simple! Hope you enjoy! Tex Mex Casserole

Today I'm sharing yet another crowd-pleaser (i.e. picky toddler-approved meal) at my house: Tex Mex Beef and "Rice" Casserole. This dish is tasty and so easy! On top of that, it is packs several nutrient-dense ingredients that are extremely affordable (ground beef, veggies, and eggs), so if you're on a budget or trying to feed a large crew, be sure to check this one out. Did I mention it only dirties one pan so clean up is a breeze?? If you aren't following a Paleo diet, I suggest topping it with a dollop of plain Greek yogurt. Whole 30 Taco Seasoning

I currently have several clients who really, really enjoy Mexican fare. They wouldn't mind me sharing that chips and salsa and jumbo margaritas were once an every weekend indulgence. They still enjoy these things from time to time, but we have worked to develop several healthier swaps for the things that they enjoy. Enter: Homemade, Whole30 Taco Seasoning! These spices are easily thrown together and the combination tastes great on ground beef or chicken. It doesn't contain any MSG or other additives like the packets you buy from the store. Paleo Shepherd's Pie

This hearty casserole literally warms my soul. It's especially enjoyable on a cool fall or winter night, but I got the hankering for it the other day and found it was equally enjoyable in the summer heat! As with most of the recipes I share, this is great reheated the next day. And the sauce is made in the blender, which makes this a bit easier than most Shepherd's Pies!
