Peanut Butter Protein Balls
Need a yummy on-the-go snack? These peanut butter protein balls are for you! With 5 simple ingredients and no baking required, these make for an easy, grab-and-go snack or just a little something to satisfy a sweet tooth! I have been enjoying one of these with a cup of coffee or tea. You'll definitely need a big glass of something because they are quite dense, but extremely delicious! Enjoy!
1/2 c. creamy peanut butter (ingredients should simply read: "peanuts" or "peanuts, salt")
1/2 c. rolled oats
1/2 c. vanilla protein powder
1 tbsp. honey
splash of water if needed (I used about 1/8 c. water because my batter was quite dry)
Combine all ingredients in a large bowl.
Roll batter into 1 inch balls.
Store in a covered container in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.
*Makes 9 servings.
