This easy marinade is the perfect combination of sweet and tangy. It's whole, real food ingredients moisten the chicken beautifully which prevent it from drying out whether you grill or bake it. Our family will definitely be adding this to our weekly rotation! Hope you enjoy!
1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts or thighs
3 tbsp. honey
3 tbsp. Dijon mustard
2 tbsp. olive oil
1 tsp. minced garlic
salt and pepper, to taste
In a small bowl, mix together the following ingredients: honey, Dijon mustard, olive oil, and minced garlic. Stir thoroughly until all of the ingredients are fully incorporated.
Pour marinade over chicken, either in a large bowl or in a large ziploc bag.
Store covered, marinated chicken in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes. (I make mine in the morning and let it sit in the marinade most of the day).
Either grill your chicken until the internal temperature reaches 165 degrees or bake it at 400 degrees for 20-30 minutes.
