It seems many of you have been enjoying the Peanut Butter Cookie Proats (that's protein+oats, for those of you who haven't put that together), so I thought I would share another one of my favorite oats combinations: Oatmeal Cookie Overnight Oats. Can you tell I like cookies?! My favorite part about these are that you can make them the night before. These are great for when you've got to run out the door. And they are sooo filling! If you've got a morning jam-packed with meetings or kids or errands, this is your breakfast. Enjoy!
2/3 c plain Greek yogurt
1/3 c rolled oats
1/3 c unsweetened vanilla almond milk
2 tablespoons raisins
1 tablespoon natural peanut butter
1 packet of stevia
1/2 tsp of cinnamon
In a bowl or sealable container, stir all ingredients together.
Cover and refrigerate at least 6 hours or overnight. Serve cold.
375 calories, 11g Fat, 51g Carbs, 23g Protein
