This hour long consultation is designed to teach general nutrition, providing a simple approach to understanding how different elements like macro and micro-nutrients play a vital role in meeting individual goals. During the session, the coach will assess the client's current
eating habits, fitness routine, lifestyle, etc. The coach will also calculate caloric intake and macro-nutrient goals for the client and review the food tracking app.
This monthly nutrition package is intended for individuals who want a more specific plan to target their goals: weight loss, weight gain, or weight management. The program offers clients the opportunity to receive an individualized plan, based on their goals, and is tailored specifically to the needs of the individual. It includes a pre-and post-consultation to assess goals, current eating habits, fitness routine, lifestyle etc., along with weekly food log review, weekly video check-in messages, and text/email access to the coach throughout the month. This program also includes a custom meal plan and behavior-based goal setting.
