Nutrient timing (if applicable), 60-minute consultation (current eating habits, fitness routine, lifestyle, etc.), Coach calculates caloric intake and macronutrient goals for the client and food tracking app review
This 4 week nutrition package is intended for individuals who want a more specific plan to target their goals: weight loss, weight gain, or weight management. The program offers clients the opportunity to receive an individualized plan, based their goals, and is tailored specifically to the needs of the individual. It includes — A pre-and post-consultation to assess goals and follow-up success. 60-minute strategy session (current eating habits, fitness routine, lifestyle etc., body measurement evaluation and body fat calculation). Four, 30-minute accountability sessions— weekly measurements, weekly food log review, text/email access to the coach throughout the month. Custom Meal Plan including but not limited to: quantity, nutrient timing, and recipes. Custom Behavior-Based Goals (sleep, alcohol consumption, hydration, workouts).
This 12-week nutrition package is for individuals looking for longer-term accountability. The 90-day mark is typically where most people begin to see large results in their progress. It includes every aspect of the monthly coaching package, but will last for 12 weeks.
