Viewing food as fuel for my body has been a concept that has taken some time for me to grasp. For years, I used food as a reward for a hard workout or was eating food that I thought was “healthy”, but it really had no real nutritional value or use for my body.
When I began to view food as a fuel source and starting asking myself questions like “how will my body use this food? Will I have energy after I eat this?”, I started to notice big changes in my body composition, energy and mood levels, and sleep cycles. Eating real foods that fuel my body has drastically changed my life for the better! And this is how Fueled and Fit Wellness was born.
My background in health, nutrition, and Kinesiology, combined with my passion for helping men and women find the foods that fuel their bodies led to the creation of this company.My goal for my clients is to create moderate-size behavior changes that will lead to long-term results. Through dedicated coaching, accountability, comprehensive analysis of the whole individual, Fueled and Fit can provide a simple approach to help you reach your goals and establish a lifestyle you can maintain long-term.
